The Institution provides up to 10 travelling bursaries valued at up to £1000 to enable Younger Members to attend the annual convention, this year to be held in Lyon France as referred to above. The amount is sufficient to cover the convention fee and make a contribution towards the travelling and hotel expenses. “Older” members are encouraged to bring this to the attention of their younger colleagues. IRSE 50th Annual Dinner: Friday, 25th April 2014 at the Savoy, London
The 50th Annual Institution Dinner will be held following the Annual General Meeting after the installation of our new President, Christian Sevestre. Christian Sevestre, the Technical Director of SNCF - Infrastructure Engineering, will be the Institution’s 8th non-UK President. His Guest of Honour this year will be Jérôme Wallut,

Members are reminded that videos of most of the technical meetings held in London can be viewed about 10 days after the event athttp://www.irse.org/knowledge/members/webcastsrecent.aspx.
